Welcome to the Dana Cup Hjørring 2018
The tournament schedule will be published in the week 27, starting from the 2nd of July through to the 6th of July here on our website www.danacup.com
Dana Cup Check-in & General Information
All teams must check in at the Dana Cup "Check-in", which is located in the HALLEN Park Vendia Thomas Morildsvej 11, 9800 Hjørring.
Only one team leader or coach needs to come to the check-in, not the whole team.
Player identification (with photo) must be taken to the check-in and to each game and shown to a jury member or a representative for the jury at any time it may be requested.
At the check-in the ID is cross checked with the participant list and age control will be done.
MISS THE LINE UP – If you arrive on Sunday, check-in on Sunday!
REMEMBER! – All teams must check-in, including teams without our accommodation, D armbands.
If a team has not checked in at the HALLEN Park Vendia by the latest Monday evening, they can not take part in the tournament.
CHECK-IN is open:
Sunday 22nd of July 10.00 am to 10.00 pm
Monday 23rd of July 8.00 am up until all teams have checked in

If you have ordered Dana Cup transport, you will be picked up at the airport, ferry terminal or train station on arrival. Our guides will be in the arrival area holding a sign with your teams name on it, all you need to do is follow our guide to the bus and you will be taken to your accommodation.
Remember to check that your transport order is correct.
The Dana Cup school buses run from Monday the 23rd of July 3.50 pm to Saturday the 28th of July 7.00 pm.
The Dana Cup playing field buses run from Tuesday the 24th of July and stop either Thursday or Friday, see the individual bus plans.
The huge opening ceremony starts on Monday the 23rd of July at 7.30 pm, departing from the HALLEN Park Vendia. For the opening ceremony we do choose teams to participate so that every country is represented but ALL teams are welcome to participate!
At the "Check-in" if you receive a red piece of paper noted "Opening Ceremony" we expect your team to participate and meet at the HALLEN Park Vendia on Monday the 23rd of July at 6.45 pm.
Everyone else can meet at the Nord Energi Arena! Because of the opening ceremony on Monday the eating places will be open for 4½ hours, starting from 3.30 pm.
Participant names must be submitted at the check-in at the very latest but to save time you should have all names and birth dates listed before arrival.
It is not possible to make changes to your participant list after the check-in. If the participant list is not filled in or handed in, your team can lose their first game.
Only persons who have paid a participation fee can participate in the tournament! Armbands will be checked by the referees before the start of each game.
This year it has not been possible to fulfill everybody's wishes for accommodation. Teams are accommodated based on the number of participants they have informed us of through their login page.
Double mattresses are not allowed to be used for single persons in the classrooms on the schools.
