Start and participation fees

Each team will pay a start fee.
Each player, trainer and leader will pay a participation fee.
Your entry form and start fee must reach Dana Cup by the latest date the 15th of April, 2008.
Entry without the start fee payment, will not be registered.
The participation fee must reach Dana Cup by the latest date the 25th of May, 2008.

A-Card:
Covers participation in the tournament, 3 meals per day from Monday evening the 21st of July to Saturday lunch time the 26th of July, 2008 and accommodation on a school. (Includes food, accommodation and transport).
Remember to bring your own mattress and sleeping bag. Although it is possible to rent a mattress or bed.

B-Card:
Covers participation in the tournament and accommodation on a school. (Includes accommodation, transport but no food). Remember to bring your own mattress and sleeping bag. Although it is possible to rent a mattress or bed.

C-Card:
Covers participation in the tournament and 3 meals per day from Monday evening the 21st of July to Saturday lunch time the 26th of July, 2008. (Includes food, transport but no accommodation).

Covers participation only in the tournament. (Excludes food, accommodation and transport).
