All teams must come to the Dana Cup´s Check-in to check their teams into the tournament, regardless of which participation card they purchase to participate in the tournament. Only leaders.

Monday the 23rd of July

Check-in - Vendiahallen, Thomas Morilds Vej 11, 9800 Hjørring
8.00 am to midnight.
Check-in continues until all teams have checked in.
9.00 am to 10.00 pm - Dana Cup´s official sales tent is open.
10.00 am to 5.30 pm - The shops of Hjørring are open.
10.00 am to 10.00 pm - Dana Cup Event area is open.
12.00 - Hjørring welcomes everyone at the City Scene. Two teams representing all of the participating teams will be present when Hjørring City officially welcomes Dana Cup 2012. First a large torch in the city centre will be lit up and afterwards the Mayor of Hjørring will be the host of a reception in Hjørrings old town hall.
12.00 to 5.00 pm - Dana Cup participants can use the swimming centre at Park Vendia - free of charge.
Opening Ceremony
7.00 pm from the Vendiahallen - The large parade with teams from the Dana Cup starts. All teams can participate in the opening ceremony if they wish.
7.00 pm at the Hjørring Stadium - Concert.
Around 7.35 pm - The parade of teams arrives to the stadium.
Around 8.10 pm - Opening of the Dana Cup 2012 with the Mayor of Hjørring, Arne Boelt.
Around 8.15 pm - Concert.
Around 9.00 pm - The opening ceremony is over and the Dana Cup can start.

Tuesday the 24th of July

7.30 am to 9.30 pm - Opening rounds of the Dana Cup.
9.00 am to 9.00 pm - The Coach Cafe is open at the Vendiahallen. Trainers and leaders are welcome to take a cup of coffee, newspapers, see TV and use the wireless internet.
9.00 am to 10.00 pm - Dana Cup´s official sales tent is open.
10.00 am to 5.30 pm - The shops of Hjørring are open.
10.00 am to 10.00 pm - Dana Cup Event ares is open.
12.00 to 5.00 pm - Dana Cup participants can use the swimming centre at Park Vendia - free of charge.
12.00 to 11.30 pm - Dana Cups funpark is open.
7.00 pm to 11.30 pm - Dana Cup Disco - alcohol free. 
8.30 pm to 11.30 pm - Our fantastic leader night where you can enjoy a great dinner and entertainment. During the leader night you will receive Dana Cup´s special leader T-shirt. All clubs that are accommodated through the Dana Cup will receive 2 free tickets to the event. If you wish to purchase extra tickets, you can buy them at the check-in or in the Information centre. 

Wednesday the 25th of July

4.00 pm, 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm - Return from Fårup Sommerland with Dana Cup transport.
6.45 pm - The presentation of the Fair Play trophies at the Hjørring Stadium.
7.00 pm to 11.30 pm - Dana Cup Disco - alcohol free.
7.00 pm - B-finals at the FREM park. Straight after the finals the trophy presentations at the FREM clubhouse.
9.45 pm - The presentation of the bronze medals at the Hjørring Stadium.
10.30 - Fireworks display at the Hjørring Stadium.

Saturday the 28th of July

8.00 am to 6.00 pm - A-finals at the Hjørring Stadium.
9.00 am to 1.00 pm - Dana Cup´s official sales tent is open.
9.00 am - B-finals at Fortuna and HI´s fields. StrStraight after the finals the trophy presentations at the HI´s clubhouse.
9.00 am, 11.00 am and 1.00 pm - Fårup Sommerland with Dana Cup transport. Tickets can be purchased in the Dana Cup Information Office.
10.00 to 2.00 pm - Dana Cup participants can use the swimming centre at Park Vendia - free of charge.
1.00 pm - The presentation of the best club trophy at the Hjørring Stadium.
4.00 pm, 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm - Return from Fårup Sommerland with Dana Cup transport.
