Fees and offers

Each team will pay a start fee, that is binding.
Dana Cup will send an invoice for the start fee after we have received your entry form.
Every player, trainer and leader will pay a participation fee.
Your entry form and start fee must reach Dana Cup by the latest date the 1st of May, 2012.
The participation fee must reach Dana Cup by the latest date the 25th of May, 2012.

Participation fees

A-band (Red - Green - Blue) includes

• Participation in the Dana Cup.
• Full board (3 meals a day) from Monday evening (dinner) to Saturday (lunch).
• Accommodation in a school.
• Free bus transport on Dana Cup's bus system.
• Free admission to swimming.
• Free admission to Hjørring's museums. 
• Free admission to the Dana Cup's event area.
• Free admission to Dana Cup's discotheque.
• Discount to Fårup Summerland.
• Discount to North Sea Oceanarium. 

B-band (White) includes 

• The same as the A-band, without full board. 

C-band (Purple) includes

• The same as the A-band, without accommodation in a school.

D-band (Yellow) includes 

• The same as the A-band, without full board and accommodation in a school. 

Note

Remember to bring a sleeping bag and mattress, although it is possible to rent a mattress or bed if you wish to. 

Cancellations and no show

The start fee is non-refundable when you cancel or do not show up, regardless of the date.
The participation fees are refundable minus 30 %, if you cancel between the 15th and 30th of June.
The participation fees are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up after the 1st of July.
These rules apply even if the no show is due to delays or cancelled trains, planes or ferries, strikes, lockout, blockades or other similar events.
There is no financial compensation to teams that miss games because of another teams no show.

Injuries and insurance

A participant is responsible and liable for injuries and damages committed on or off the field.
Each club must ensure that their club members are insured both on and off the field.
