School accommodation

Most teams attending our tournament choose to stay on a school during the Dana Cup week.
This option is when you order the A or B-band and includes school accommodation with full board (A-band) or without full board (B-band). 

C and D-bands are without accommodation on a school, these options are for teams who order alternative accommodation, you can read more about our upgrade options here. 

Participants at the Dana Cup in Hjørring are accommodated on 28 to 30 different schools. 
We have a free shuttle bus system running to and from all of our schools and playing fields, the buses are running from early morning to late at night and are only for Dana Cup participants. 
We try to mix different cultures and nations on the schools. 
If there are a number of teams from the same club, we try as much as we can to keep them on the same school. 
Some teams are accommodated in gymnastic halls or halls together with other teams but only other teams from the same club. 
Girls and boys are never accommodated in the same classroom.
Remember it doesn't cost any extra to arrive a day earlier to the school or depart a day later. 
 
Participants must bring their own mattress and sleeping bag. Although it is possible to rent a mattress or bed if you wish to. Orders for mattresses or beds can be made through your clubs login page.

Important: Deposit!
Remember that all teams must leave a deposit of DKK 500 on arrival to the school.
The deposit is refunded on departure, as long as the classroom is handed over in the same standard as when you arrived. 
Note that the classrooms on arrival are as they should be on departure, this means that teams on arrival have to move the table and chairs out to the side etc.
