Payment terms

Payments can be made with the following credit cards:
Visa, Visa Elektron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and Dankort

To make payments with your credit card you have to fill in the following information: 
Invoice number
Amount to be paid
Currency

Cancellations rules: 

Alternative accommodation:
Deposit is binding.
If you cancel before the 1st of May we can refund your payment, minus 25% (Fyrklit 1st of April).
If you cancel after the 1st of May we can only refund if we sell your booking to someone else. 

Cancellation of teams: 
The start fee is non-refundable when you cancel or do not show up, regardless of the date.
The participation fees are refundable minus 30 %, if you cancel between the 15th and 30th of June.
The participation fees are non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up after the 1st of July.
These rules apply even if the no show is due to delays or cancelled trains, planes or ferries, strikes, lockout, blockades or other similar events.
There is no financial compensation to teams that miss games because of another teams no show.
