The following information needs to be filled in:

1. Clubs contact person
Here you need to check that all information for the clubs contact person is correct. If this is not the case, then you need to make the changes.

2. Clubs entered teams
Here you need to check that your clubs team/s are entered in the correct class/es.
Shirt colour and accommodation must be filled in.
If your team/s are not being accommodated on a school, the address for other accommodation for the team/s needs to be filled in.

If your team/s are incorrect or if you need to change from one class to another, it can only happen by contacting Dana Cup at: soccer@danacup.dk

3. Ordering participant cards, beds, photo, extra meals etc.
Choose the team you want to make the orders for (click on the eye glass, next to the team you wish to choose).
Then make the orders for each team, one at a time.

Orders for participant cards must be made by the latest date the 25th of May. (There is only space for the number of persons on each school, who have ordered participant cards).

Other orders for photos, beds, mattresses, extra meals (on the school) or eating cards for parents must be made by the latest date the 1st of July.

4. Filling in participants  
Choose the team you want to fill in participants for (click on the eye glass, next to the team you wish to choose).

Then fill in information for each player, trainer, leader and other participants who are staying with the team.

5. Transport
Choose the team you want to fill in transport for (click on the eye glass, next to the team you wish to choose).
Fill in the information for arrival and departure, so we can see how many teams need to use our Dana Cup transport service.
Information regarding arrival and departure also needs to be filled in by teams who are not using our Dana Cup transport service.

REMEMBER:
In comparison to earlier years, we need orders for each individual team.
